Picture Day
Bell Picture Day: Monday, September 23– STILL PLACE AN ORDER
Bell students will have Picture Day on Monday, September 23. Not to worry if you forgot to place an online order. You can STILL place an online order by clicking the link below or from the Bell homepage; however, your order must be placed by NOON, Wednesday, September 25. Upstate Images will reconcile your order with the student picture. You also have the option to place an order after receiving your child’s picture proofs (mid-October) - a shipping fee will be charged as pictures are mailed to the student’s home address.
Ordering a picture package is OPTIONAL; however, the picture is required for our student management systems and yearbook. Our new vendor – Upstate Images – will continue to use a touchless process. Upstate Images customer service at 1-855-773-3321.

Preordering a package closes 48 hours after Bell picture day
Bell Picture Retake Day – FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8!!!
During Wednesday’s advisory, Bell students will receive picture portraits – if you previously placed an online order – or picture proofs. If you are dissatisfied with your child’s student portrait picture or your child was absent on Picture Day, then your child can retake the picture during their lunch / recess on NOVEMBER 8. All retake portrait pictures are in the auditorium during the student’s lunch / recess period.
If would like to place an order after reviewing your child’s picture proofs, follow the instructions included in the picture envelope. Please note, the child MUST return the original, undamaged portrait package to the photographer on Retake Day. The new picture portrait packages will be distributed at the school approximately 3 – 4 weeks following Retake Day.

If your family is in need of financial assistance with school related expenses (school supplies, student photos, yearbook, field trips, etc.) please contact your student’s school counselor. All inquiries are kept strictly confidential.
Yearbook Orders
2025 BELL SCHOOL YEARBOOK
Bell yearbooks are now available for pre-order starting at $45. All orders are completed online from Jostens order page. Pre-order COVER PERSONALIZATION YEARBOOKS are due by January 29.
