School Pictures and Year Book Orders
Picture Day
Bell Picture Day: Monday, September 22
Bell students will have Picture Day on Monday, September 22. Ordering a picture package is OPTIONAL; however, the picture is required for our student management systems and yearbook.
Upstate Images will continue to use a touchless process. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER PICTURES, place your order online from the Picture Day link on the Bell website or the link below. A limited supply of paper order material is available at the Bell security area and the main office.

- Enter school online code – BellMS25
- Enter the ordering parent / guardian email
- Select your package, choose any OPTIONAL customized “add-ons”, and proceed to cart checkout
- Enter student’s First name, Last name, Grade, and ADVISORYteacher… then follow the remaining steps
- Preordering a package closes 48 hours AFTER Bell picture day

Bell Picture Retake Day – WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12
Last month during advisory, Bell students received picture portraits (if you previously placed an online order) or picture proofs.
If you placed an order for a digital download only, you already received an email from Upstate Images with your child's picture and would not receive any picture proof.
If you would like to place an order after reviewing your child’s picture proofs, follow the instructions included in the picture envelope.
If you are dissatisfied with your child’s student portrait picture or your child was absent on Picture Day, then your child can retake the picture during their lunch / recess on NOVEMBER 12. All retake portrait pictures are in the auditorium during the student’s lunch / recess period. Please note, the child MUST return the original, undamaged portrait package to the photographer on Retake Day.
The new picture portrait packages will be distributed at the school approximately 2 – 3 weeks following Retake Day.
