Bell Clubs
Bell has many club offerings for students in grades 5-8. A list of all clubs is published below starting in mid-September and updated throughout the year. We will also host a club fair during lunch and recess to introduce students to the clubs. We encourage students to get involved in participating in and leading clubs. Art Club
Art club will meet weekly on Wednesday's. We will work on group projects for the school along with personal projects. If you love art and want to meet people with the same excitement, come and join! Open to all grades.
Baking Club
Flour, Sugar, and Butter –what’s better than that? Well, maybe some chocolate thrown in! Come to baking club for some delicious and easy recipes you can do at home. I’ll talk you through the prep work and help you learn a few new skills in the kitchen.
Chamber Club
Whether you're a beginner or experienced, chamber club offers the chance to make music together - everyone is welcome. We'll explore various performance opportunities, as well as dive into music recording, allowing students to experience both live music and the technical side of capturing high-quality sound.
Chess Club
Chess Club gives students an opportunity to learn the game of chess, improve their chess skills, and to experience healthy competition. Chess helps to develop critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Our main focus will be to encourage learning, sportsmanship, and fun. All are welcome!
Diversity Club
Diversity Club is a safe space to take part in discussions about race, ethnicity, gender, inclusion, and important topics that matter to you and our world! Come learn about different perspectives, opinions, and share with others. If you want to have a voice and make a change, join Diversity Club!
D&D Club
Students will learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons, one of the most well-known tabletop role playing games. The three pillars of the game are exploration, social interaction, and combat. Students will learn the rules of the game, create characters, and role play through each session.

Green Bulldogs
If you’re passionate about gardening, hydroponics, climate change, or sustainability, this club is for you! Get ready to try out our new state of the art hydroponics lab. Absolutely no experience required! Bring a friend and join us anytime. All grades welcome!
Jazz Ensemble
Jazz Ensemble gives musicians an opportunity to explore the world of jazz while learning introductory jazz concepts and techniques on their instruments.
Math Counts Club
Any lovers of math in grades 6-8. Engage in math challenges colloaborate with other mathematicians. Represent Bell in a team competition in February against other schools.
Morning Bell
Moring Bell TV/Media Production Club. The Morning Bell is our daily announcement broadcast for Bell School. If you are interested in producing, writing scripts, and/or anchoring, join us in creating the Morning Bell broadcast.
Pokemon Club
The Pokémon Club is new, so (just like Pokémon) we are evolving! We hope to be a place where students can bring their cards, play games, trade & collect, and learn more about the world of Pokémon. Even if you don’t have any cards, come join us!
SADD Jr. Club
Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) is a nationally recognized group. We plan events and have meaningful discussions about positive decision-making and creating a healthy community at Bell. We would love you to be a part of SADD Jr. All are welcome!
SHARE Jr. Club
Students Have a Responsibility Everywhere. This is a community service club where students will participate in projects, activities and events in our schools and community. Throughout the year, our club partners with SHARE at Greeley and SHARE Jr at 7B.
Steam Club
The Bell STEAM Club meets each Thursday after school with a focus on designing and building objects to benefit Bell Middle School. Examples from this year include: building cold frames for the Bell garden, creating new 3D signs for the STEAM Center, and constructing an Infento hot rod.
Student Leadership Club
This is an opportunity to in the Bell Community and learn to lead, motivate, and organize with your peers to address issues. Students will run for student leadership positions then plan and implement community-based activities that enrich the Bell the experience. All are welcome.
The Bell Times
The newspaper club is Bell's source for everything happening in our school as well as local and global communities. Students produce articles and content on a wide range of topics. Issues are published quarterly. We welcome students who are interested in news, sports, technology, art, cooking, design, and much more.
World Affairs
The World Affairs Club focuses on current events (national and global), world cultures, history, politics, popular culture, and geography. During our meetings we explore these topics through discussions, articles, videos, art, stories/literature, and music. Students may suggest topics for discussion and are encouraged to share their own interests and experiences.
Yearbook Club
Yearbook Club at Bell is open to students of all grades. We meet from late September through late March. During this time, the club participants create the 80 page, color yearbook by laying out and designing the cover and all the pages as well as taking the actual yearbook candid photos. Your hard work is published in the yearbook.
